Smart Receipt [Goods Receipt] is a Tablet application on Android with SAP Netweaver gateway as middleware and SAP ERP as the back end.

With Goods Receipt App, Warehouse representative can view the Trailers sent by the sender and can view the purchase orders / delivery orders details expected in that trailer. Rep can verify their ordered products and can confirm the goods received. Rep can directly do a goods receipt posting from the mobile device into the SAP inventory depending on the receiving conditions directly to the backend SAP ERP system. User can also use Camera feature to scan barcodes for counting the received quantity. If there is a variation in the quantity and wanted to check with the supervisor, user can use ‘Call’ button to directly place the call.

o Search for PO/DO in the trailer

· Updates the inventory with ‘Receive whole trailer‘option to SAP system.

· Update the Inventory from PO depending on the quantity and receiving conditions to SAP system

· Barcode to scan the material and populate the quantity
