Bug fixes including:
- Ensure podcast episodes are ordered by publication date, regardless of the order they appear in the subscription feed.
- Podcast episodes in the download queue when the app exists will be remembered, and resume downloading when the app restarts.
- UI update on the Settings page where some text appears over other text

- Updated the 'Up Next' queue on the now playing page, if you delete a podcast from the queue it won't automatically take you back to the top of the list.
