Health record is an application designed to keep track of information concerning your present state of health. In an emergency situation giving emergency personnel this information can mean the difference between life and death. It provides the means to record personal data, contact information, data on medications, allergies, conditions and surgeries. The ability to export this information (via email) is included. You can send it to yourself for backup or to your doctor for his/her records. For those of you that have a locked phone the ability to create a summary to be used as wallpaper are provided. The main page is interactive, meaning you have quick access to add or update information by simply taping the screen.
