Input 0.3 to Sample proportion 1, 100 to Sample size 1, 0.4 to Sample proportion 2, 120 to Sample size 2.
Significance level can be 0.05 in general.
If p value is more than significance level, you can not say Region B approval rate is higher than region A under 0.05 significance level two-tailed test.
If not, you can say two Region approval rate is difference under the condition.
