Remember Anywhere. With Spot you create a journal of the important places in your world just by taking pictures. Spot uses the location information found in your photos to automatically create the spots in your journal and build a map of where you shot each photo. You stick stickers on your photos to group and filter them and build collections called Spotcasts.Because Spot knows where you are it can show you all your nearby spots. You can search and filter what’s around you by stickers, and Spot can even notify you when you are close to a spot you really wanted to check out. When you’ve put together a perfect list of spots, you can make a Spotcast and share an interactive map and photo album with just a few friends or publish it on iCloud for anyone to subscribe to and start exploring your world. Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. If you give permission, Spot uses your location when you create a new spot, and to notify you when you pass near a spot you want to remember.Some of the things you can do with Spot:• Be an urban explorer: chart your neighborhood as you walk around and let Spot remind you next time you’re near that amazing new Ramen joint—you know, the one in the East Village that has that pot of stock boiling away all the time.• Make a Spotcast of that sun-soaked trip you took to the Barcelona—including the corner bodegas where you had those crispy little fried whole fish and cold beer—and share it with your friends so they can find them when they go.• Take a leisurely walk around your city and map the architecture that inspires you in rich photographic detail. Then publish a Spotcast and post it on Twitter so anyone can follow in your footsteps.• Take photos of all the restaurants you want to try and tag them with your favorite stickers. The next time you’re looking for a place to go in the neighborhood, just filter the nearby map by those stickers and you’ll always have an answer for “Where should we eat?”• Go location scouting for your film and add the right locations to your journal. Once you have the perfect list, create a Spotcast and send it to your producer, attract Brad Pitt to star in your film, and become famous.• Take a picture of shoes you really love wherever you see them and tag them with a sticker.
