She creates 10,000 "Math Dollar" tokens and tells her students that for every math assignment they complete, they will receive 1 Math Dollar from her. And at the end of each month, students can exchange their Math Dollars with small gifts with different Math Dollar price e.g. a magic set costing 10 Math Dollar.
