This is the LITE version of the *Office for Yoga Professionals iPhone app* also available on the iTunes store. This lite version contains 2 seated and 1 standing pose. The full version contains all 20 seated and 10 standing poses.

In both the Lite and Full versions each pose contains a photo, text description and audio recording of each pose. In the full version there are video clips for 18 of the 30 poses to provide additional clarity.

Select a pose you are interested in from the Table of Contents, or shake your iPhone or iPad, and follow the instructions which are given in the format that a yoga teacher would give them in a face to face meeting.

Incorporate these poses into your daily routine. To get yoga benefits during the day, do a couple as your PC warms up, do a few every hour and do a handful of them right before lunch.

The seated poses use a chair and desktop as 'props'. The standing poses use a wall in addition to a chair and desktop.
