XactAnalysis® SP mobile (BETA*) is a companion to Xactware Solution’s XactAnalysis SP and enables property insurance restoration contractors and service providers to access and manage claims from their mobile devices, providing greater flexibility in the field.
Users can use their mobile devices to do the following:
- View assignment information including statuses, notes, documents, photos, action items, and policy information
- Contact the insured
- Update action items
- Add notes and photos
- Locate claims within a 30-mile radius of their location
- Get directions to nearby assignments
To use XactAnalysis SP mobile, you must first be a registered user of XactAnalysis SP and have a valid account for that product.
