Control your X10 ActiveHome Pro home automation from your Windows Phone.
X10 Remote lets you send X10 on/off commands for up to 8 devices. It also lets you wake up a Wake-On-Lan-capable PC on your home LAN from your phone.
Warning: This application targets the technically inclined hobbyist. It requires a small programm to be installed on the computer running ActiveHome Pro. The trial is fully functional so you don't need to buy until you know it works for you.
To use X10 Remote you will need:
1) X10 ActiveHome: CM15A interface and SW31A software, including the X10 SDK.
2) A PC running Windows Home Server v1, Windows 7 (should run on any Windows version starting with XP), with Internet access (outbound)
3) A web service implementing the X10 Remote REST interface; protocol specs and sample implementation can be requested for free from x10remote@hotmail.com.
4) An Azure ServiceBus namespace (see http://azure.com), specifically the namespace name and a service key.
5) (Optional, for WakeOnLan feature): The MAC address of a computer on the same LAN as your PC with the X10 Remote Service.
