VCard2Nav allows you to launch the Navigation App on your Device when touching an NFC Tag with a vCard on it. If the vCard contains several address types like WORK or HOME, you will be asked to choose one.
Additionally you can write vCards to NFC Tags from your contacts list using the share context menu.
Since Version 1.0.7 the app also supports geo: URI NDEF messages and GEO data in vCards.
Please note, that you cannot launch this app directly. It will not appear in your app list. You have to touch an NFC Tag with a vCard first or start it from your contacts list.
