TSB Mobile Banking is available to Territorial Savings Bank customers enrolled for Consumer Online Banking. If you would like to enroll for Online Banking, go to www.TerritorialSavings.net or call us at 808-946-1400 or toll free at 1-800-951-8418.

The TSB Mobile Banking app is available at no charge. Your mobile phone service provider may charge for text messages and/or web access. Please check your plan for details. Carrier plan may limit access outside the US. The Bank cannot be held responsible for the availability or speed of your mobile phone service provider’s network. Mobile network or WIFI connection required.
