Welcome to Strand Fitness, Townsville's CBDS brand new, state-of-the-art gym,(TAKE OUT) located in the Stanton Centre, overlooking the glorious Strand, Cleveland Bay and Magnetic Island.
The 1,200sqm gym offers a magnificent location (old hospital site)TAKE OUT that is easy to access and close to the city. Strand Fitness members have the option to access their gym 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our group fitness classes include Les Mills aerobics CLASSES, boot camp, CROSSFIT, Ladies only area, Circuit classes, Spin classes, and Cardio Kick boxing. Brand new, state-of-the-art (TAKE OUT) Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment will maximize your strength training. This is additional to the fantastic service and Personal Training programs that we already offer.
Our crèche provides a safe, fully supervised environment for your kids, while you enjoy your workout.
