About the AppApplication Users : There are 3 type of user of this app 1 ) Account Holder 2 ) Guest 3 ) VendorThere is a subscription fee of $30.00 per month for the Account Holder. The Account Holder will have the option to invite Guests to view and participate for free with an invite option available only to the Account Holder. The Account Holder controls the level of access and is able to turn on or off those levels for viewing and participation.The Vendor selection is a future feature. Right now there will be no vendor access given, that said the Vendor account will act similarly to the Account Holder with some different features. It is more of a catalog supply account and will have a subscription fee as well.The Guest account will be simply that....a free pass for guests to view reports, log-in and help with selections or approve selections based on what level of access the account Holder has given the guest!Welcome to Square Foot Selections…..The App can be downloaded onto the iPhone or iPad.Square Foot Selections is a tool to help with the daunting process of selecting finishes in a residential project, from a one room addition/remodel to an exterior outdoor living area to an entire new house full of rooms from the ground up. This tool is meant to simplify the process of selecting finishes….plain and simple. Once you have made your selections and at any time in the process you can email a report….to yourself, friends and family, builders, sub-contractors, architects and designers, realtors, bankers and anyone involved…..and invite them to review your selections and approve reports or give them access to the approval process itself through our guest invite account.Our intuitive process starts you very simply at the beginning….weather you have a floor plan or are just dreaming of a starting a new floor plan….this tool helps you via text fields organize the entire project/process and keep track of thousands of decisions and keep a list of everybody involved from start to finish….their level of involvement is up to you!!Here’s how it works:1. Enter some basic project information. Includes adding contractors and guests….2. Select some whole house basics…..like you want your entire house to have 9’ ceilings…3. Select the rooms that you want or are in your project…..4. Select specifics in that room only….such as wood windows in the family room….5. Now you pick selections in the rooms from the list that you just created starting with the basics of each room; from the floors, walls, and ceilings to appliances, electrical and plumbing or even exterior features depending on which room you are working.6. At any point you can create a pdf report and email to all involved….7. At any point you can turn your project into a template to use for another similar project…8. You can create multiple projects…..9. At any point you can invite guests or sub-contractors through a guest and password process to download the app and view the reports, or actually help with the selection process itself….you control the level of access they have. And there is no cost for the guests….10. There are 6 levels of hierarchy, so you can do a basic planning and selection of rooms to start a project and get everybody on the same page, or select and create every nut and bolt of a project down to the size, shape and color of the tile floor and back splash in a kitchen.
