The new track and field app “Sprint Training” for sprinters, coaches and all other fast athletes!

Functions:

1.0 Watch

You can stop training times, assign athletes and sprint distances to them to let it calculate the intensity for the runs. Also you can export all run data to a csv-file (spreadsheet compatible), which will be saved on to your sd card and send it via email. If your smartphone supports Android 4.0 or better, you can export your run data to your calendar.

2.0 Training

2.1 Suggestion

Here you can select some athletes for which you want to have a training suggestion (from sprint training and sprint endurance to endurance). Every run can be evaluated by the function watch. All data from a suggested training can be exported as csv-file, like in the function watch.

2.2 Table

First of all you type in your personal best of any distance. Then you get a table, which shows you training times against intensity.

2.3 Intensity

Either you select a athlete, the distance and a time of one run or you type your personal best for the run. Immediately you get the intensity of this entered run.

3.0 Options

3.1 Athletes

Here you save your data (name, personal best time with it’s sprint distance, 100m/200m sprinter or 400m sprinter) or all your athlete’s data if you are a coach, which are always modifiable. Also you can calculate all your personal bests for all sprint distances. Without these data a lot of functions of “Sprint Training” won’t work. To access the whole advantage of this app you should enter your sprinting data. (You get 2 sample athletes to test the app)

3.2 Advertising

Here you can remove the ads by buying the In-App product "Remove Ads". Also you can restore this In-App purchase here.
