updates in this latest version:

1.) the icon has been added to the upper left corner of the main user interface that lets the user view ALL their violation reports

2.) the app will now check to see if the new users email address is ALREADY IN OUR DATABASE of users... if found then the user is assigned the SAME userid as the existing one in our database (to avoid duplicate users)... and if NOT found then we proceed normally and just assign a new user id.

3.) several minor clean up code issues such as the user was able to trigger a violation even when the 'tracking' wasn't active... we ONLY need to have the violation button active when tracking is taking place and the app is successfully making speed and location recordings

4.) on iOS (iphone 4s specifically) there was an issue with text being cut off at the bottom edge (still need to check this on iphone 5 and 6)
