This application allows you, the bid manager, to access your private network of subcontractors and view them organized by the services they provide to ensure bids target qualified and licensed companies you approve. The goal is to build a network of approved subcontractors and vendors that will be available to submit proposals for future construction projects. Your private generated database of people and companies is securely available on your Android device 24/7 to ensure you never lose touch with those you depend on.

Thanks to your continued feedback, we're releasing Version 1.10 of our SmartBidNet Android Mobile app for construction bid management on the go.

Communications: The application now presents an improved list of mail clients for a user to send email communication when selecting a contact's email address.

Access: The app now allows for multiple user login. All previously stored account data will load even when switching users.

Plan Room: The new plan room interface allows for easier, clearer plan file review.

Plan Room: Plans downloaded to your device, for offline viewing, will automatically be saved to a "SBN Download - [Your Username]" folder.
