If a screen is turned OFF after the time specified from the last wallpaper change passes, the picture chosen from the specified folder at random will be set as wallpaper.
- updating interval can be set up in 0 minute to 9999 minutes.
- The picture chosen from the specified folder at random is set as wallpaper.
- When a picture is not recommendation size, perform the minimum resizing and set to wallpaper.
- The notice "which changed wallpaper" can be displayed on a notification area.
