QpRun Evo generates your training plans -easy comprehensive training plans- for 10K, half marathon and marathon races, computing sessions depending on your current fitness level. The week consists of three key training sessions: serial or intervals, tempo and long run. To begin, simply enter your current best mark for a 5km distance and the application calculates the rest! QPRun also contains a COOPER module (6 or 12 minutes) to calculate the rhythms of serials and evaluate your racing time.
