Simply fill out the form, add a photo and send an email message to one or multiple recipients. As a customer of our "iQS Business" or "iQS for Oil and Gas" solution you will benefit from added functionality where you can save your reports directly into the QHSE module. In addition you can open your organization's Controlling Documents – a smart way to put your QHSE system right in the pockets of all your employees.
