PowerHouse Charlotte Has An App!!!! POWERHOUSE PROJECT is a drop-in center...a safe space for Black & Latino gay/bisexual men or MSM's [men who have sex with men].

The POWERHOUSE PROJECT offers:

FREE Wifi

A computer lab

A multi-purpose space

A surround sound system

A flat screen TV with cable

Weekly empowering programs and workshops

Fun and engaging community-based social events like block parties, cookouts, Balls, fashion shows and much more!

Monthly discussion groups for Black MSM's 18-29 years old...participants receive a gift card incentive and dinner for attending

FREE and confidential HIV testing

Participants will have fun interacting with peers, learning about themselves, and getting necessary tools to making well informed decisions for living a healthier life.

Our nightly activities and events include art classes, photography, digital design workshops, vogue, theater, self-defense classes, video blogging, and Job search & resume writing workshops, dances, Kiki functions, health fairs, community forums and workshops among others.
