You can choose the time of your power nap, the background sounds to help you sleep and guided speech to help ease you into sleep and to also bring you out of it at the end of your power nap.

If you choose so as well, motivation speech will be played while your are in the middle of your power nap, these are picked up by your subconscious whilst you sleep, so when you wake up you will feel and think more positively towards the motivation that you have chosen.

It is fully customisable to your own individual settings.

Features include:

• Pick a Nap Time of 10 to 60 minutes. Power-NapZ generates a different vocal track each time you use it, so you never get bored.

• Select Motivations from Weight Loss, Well-being and Positivity. These messages are played when you are in a deep relaxed state – These can be turned on/off.

• Choose from 14 high quality background music and sound effects, encompassing sounds from nature and relaxing music.

•Read phone status - This is so that any incoming calls to your device will stop your Power Nap until you are ready to start it again.

•Vibrate - This permission grants Power-NapZ the ability to vibrate your phone when and if the wake up alarm is selected.
