-Pixelate is capable of creating censored photos in seconds. -It is also the best app for quickly adding TILT-SHIFT effects on photos through multiple layers of pixelated blur while leaving other areas in sharp focus, which also only takes seconds. -Pixelate then allows you to save the edited photo to your camera roll or share it via Facebook, Twitter or email all without ever leaving the app.Instructions:Opening page: 1) Camera=take photo. 2) Pixelate=choose photo from camera roll.Pixelate page: -Pan & Zoom = move around image.-Pixelate = pixelate whatever you touch.-Un-Pixelate = (I know, right...) un-pixelate whatever you touch.
