Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging into their account. Users can access prior purchases on the app by clicking Subscriptions and then Restore purchases and entering your apple id and waiting for the app to say ‘Updating’ whilst the purchases are retrieved.We recommend loading the app for the first time in a wi-fi area so that all issue data is retrieved.
