The OnsiteRIS Mobile App will allow our managed services clients the ability to report technical issues (or simply ask questions) from the comfort of the iOS mobile device. From within the app, clients are able to:Submit issues/ask questions, and call OnsiteRIS support center. Future enhancements to include:Real time ticket updates.Ticket status notifications.
