Countdown is a math game classic. They've been playing it on French TV since 1965, and on British TV since 1982!! It works as follows: You get six random numbers and a result. The challenge is to add, subtract, multiply and divide the six random numbers to get the result.This is Countdown for Programmers and of course the numbers are either Octal or Hexadecimal. A Decimal capability is included too.Of course you don't have to be a programmer to play this game. There is no programming involved. However, it is helpful to have experience with octal and hexadecimal numbers, as some programmers have.
