This is something we are looking into having fixed as soon as we can. For now if your device is an iPhone 6 or 6+ the app will not work as it is designed.An iPhone app that helps you to take a photo that meets the New Zealand standards required to renew your passport on-line. Save yourself the cost of a professional photographer and get it right with the help of the app. Your photo will need to be emailed to a regular desktop or laptop computer as the NZ Passport office does not currently support online applications or photo uploads from mobile devices or tablets.* You must have someone take your photo with the back camera for best results. NO SELFIES. * Full instructions provided on how to take an acceptable passport photo that will meet the standards required for a New Zealand passport.* A template overlay that easily lines up your eyes to the standards required.* A comparison screen with acceptable images for you to review your photo. * Email so the image can be sent to your Regular desktop or laptop computer. * Choose “actual size” when emailing your photo to ensure correct specifications required for online renewal images.If your image does not reach the minimum 500kbs required, please forward image to support@scorchioapps.com for resizing.
