Basically, this dictionary was created using the experience and knowledge of professional translators who worked with SFX / onomatopoeia used in manga.

Once you learn the meaning of a SFX / onomanopoeia, if you look again at a certain scene in a manga you'll be surprised to be thinking ‘Oh, I’ve got it!’
