This is an arcade racing game, where you need to rash and dodge other cars on a road while listening to rock n roll to get highest score. Also you can jump over cars by tapping on both sides of the screen.
Game is partially inspired by Desert Bus and Crazybus games. That's why driving is usually takes place in a big hot wasteland desert, but Mad Max Desert Cab Extreme has a lot more fun and hasten gameplay.
