You are the town Architect and you are entrusted with the task of designing a road for the town.
The challenge is that this Road has to meet certain conditions, first of all the town can have only one road in the form of a loop. The other condition is that this road should touch each building in the town in as many sides as the number on the building.
For example if a building has number 3 on it, then the road should touch it on 3 sides.
