This is a Japanese - English, English - Japanese and Japanese-Japanese dictionary. You can look up words with many japanese dictionaries. The app supports Japanese-Japanese, Japanese-English, English-Japanese and synonyms (japanese only). It's very easy to use. Just type in the word you want to look up and press search! If words that are similar to the words you looked up, they will show up at the bottom of the screen in the form of buttons. Just click the word you want to look up and Jishokun will automatically look it up for you.

When you search with the englishs-japanese dictionary, you can hear the pronunciation of the english word (if it is available) by clicking the play button next to the search button.

Select the offline dictionary to hear pronunciations and look up words when you don't have an internet connection.

To search offline, select "offline" and select either japanese-english, japanese-japanese or example sentences

You can add words that you look up often the word list. Open the list by sliding right to left.

Click the "+" button to add words. Delete words by sliding on the word and press delete.

Slide from left to right to open the menu. Under settings you can change text size, default dictionary and to show expand button or not.

Click the expand button to enlarge the text view so that you can view more text. Click it again and it will return to normal size
