Start the app and tap the start button—cover the camera lens with your fingertip completely and gently—wait for calibration result.
Refer to help section in app for detail.
Make sure that your fingertip completely and gently covers the camera lens. Press gently because pressing too hard reduce the blood flow in your finger and it's harder to detect the blood changes.
