This app contains the full and current International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) for stand-alone use without a network connection, along with basic export compliance tips and information.

The ITAR is current through Federal Register 78192 of October 3, 2013, and includes the revised ITAR content implemented on October 15, 2013.

The app also includes individual sections on the U.S. Munitions List; ITAR Exemptions; and very basic information about the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the Commerce Control List (CCL).

Compliance functions in the app include an e-mail form (using the native e-mail client on your mobile device) to keep track of foreign interactions; an explanation of Section 120.41 Specially Designed; the EAR's export "Red Flag Warnings" (for situations where things just don't seem right); and a list of 17 basic compliance tips. A network connection is only necessary to browse to any of the resource or reference sites if desired. External sites will open in a new window in the app.

This app may also be personalized for companies that would like to include their own Export Compliance Manual as part of the app.
