Therefore it proves helpful and sometimes lifesaving to have access to ISS's 24-hour call center specialized in providing all kinds of safety assistance services.

In the event of an accident you will need to organize a doctor’s visit and be able to convey the appropriate information so that they can locate you. Moreover, if you find yourself in an awkward situation you will definitely need some kind of assistance. Our specialized signal center with well-trained staff will give you immediate advice while at the same time locate you and arrange the best and quickest way to help you.

ISS 24x7 will send manually generated alerts signals to ISS's signal center located in Athens, Greece, including your position, telephone numbers, a predefined text message with instructions and a short voice message. Alerts can be sent manually, by pressing one of the alert buttons. The signal center operator spots the location of the incident, reads the instructions of the specific signal and follows them accordingly.
