In 2007, the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP) was created, and soon thereafter, the association began to weave its self onto the country’s advertising and marketing tapestry.

The arrival of IMMAP heralded the wave of new media and new methodology, and the association became the harbinger of the latest technologies, gadgets that resided online, on digital, and on mobile.

On its first year, the association staged the IMMAP Summit where local and global experts shared best practices with young practitioners. More than just bringing in the gurus and gadgets, the IMMAP Summit introduced trends of the new trade, and discussed case studies to boost the growth of digital in local business.

From humble beginning of about 80 attendees in a hotel ballroom in 2007, the IMMAP Summit attracts about 800 delegates today. This year, the Summit’s theme of Digital Transformation promises to up the ante with more than 30 plenary and panel speakers on September 25 to 26, at the SM Aura Samsung Hall and the SMX Aura.

The hottest talks, and a whole lot of learnings, from an amazing array of expert speakers, Digital Transformation lines up e-Commerce idol Paul Srivorakul, physicist and data analyst Reina Reyes, as well as Christopher Lee Ball from DigitasLBi, and a host of others.
