House Finder UK, based on Zoopla, a UK real estate agent, allows users to browse, check details and pictures of properties nearby. Whether they are for rent or for sale.
The app immediately geolocalizes the user and proposes any property nearby listed live on Zoopla.
In addition to that, the user experience is enriched with additional information like crime rate in the area (provided by police.gov.uk) and the nearest transport utilities (provided by Tfl and other transport entities throughout the United Kingdom).
