Hero Machine is a fantasy kingdom simulator where you as the manipulative monarch use clueless heroes to make ends meet. Everyone knows that heroes will go through pain and hardship to get the loot at the end of the dungeon. They will then want to spend that loot somewhere to inflate their self image through gear and trinkets. Do you smell market opportunity?

This game is work in progress, following the principle of "release early, release often." This means that I've released it long before it is finished. I've deliberately chosen not to make it a beta version because I want to make the time gap between code change and release into production as short as possible, and instead force myself to install proper QA during development so that I can release new versions with confidence.
