Health Access is an electronic tool to store and provide instant access to your critical health information when you most need it. Health Access is an open source program that allows globally translatable language conversion and tracking of an individual’s medical information. You have complete control to who has access to you information and what they are able to see. This application is essential for patients without a primary care provider or in the event of emergency care outside of your normal healthcare channels when immediate access to critical information can be the difference between life and death, such as trauma, heart attack or stroke. Health Access is also designed to be used as a global tool to provide an individual repository of health for developing regions of the world without access to coordinated care and electronic health record access. It has been designed to work on the most basic smart phones and tablet devices. Health Access can store the data as a stand-alone device or can connect to the Cloud when enabled and available. Health Access currently offers English, Spanish and French translation, but the open source code is designed to allow programmers to tailor the application to all global languages.
