Which has less sugar per serving? What else is in there? What preservatives, colors, texture improvers, and fillers are listed as ingredients? Now compare it to another cereal.Day 9Decisions To Leave Up To Your ChildGive mini-portions (and we mean tiny) of the food so your child can always ask for more. Children can find a pile on their plate overwhelming. Start small and let them ask for more.Day 16Make Snacks a Mini-MealToday, create a shopping list for a week’s worth of healthy snacks. Consult with your child on this one. The more input you get from your child - color choices, kind of fruits, peanut butter or almond butter, type of nuts, etc. - the better. She can make her choices from your beginning suggestions and you can expand from there.
