GroovyApp is a free wait list management application. It has a version for clients and another for establishments. This is the version for establishments. It is optimized for restaurants, but can be used in any type of establishments.

If the client has GroovyApp installed, the attendant will only need to enter his cellphone number to add him to the wait list. Simple and quick.

It has many features : records time in the wait list and being served; move the client from one queue to another; move the client up/down in the list; set the client to "on hold"; canceling, etc.Later on, with the client's info, it is possible to send promotions tickets directly via GroovyApp, with no cost, in accordance to client's privacy.

HOW IT WORKS:

The client provides his cell phone number to the restaurant's attendant which inserts it in the wait list in the GroovyApp. The client waits to be called via smartphone. The client does NOT have to wait in line. He can get away and track the progress of the wait list via smartphone, heading to the restaurant according to its forecast of care. The restaurant manages queues of care from the moment of arrival of the customer until their departure.
