A smartphone is an amazing tool, but it can be very distracting. The purpose of this widget is to help you be mindful and aware of how you use your smartphone every day in order to get the most out of it. The widget simply displays a counter that goes up each time you turn on your phone's screen. The counter resets to 0 every day at midnight.
You can put this widget on your home screen, on the lock screen, if your version of Android supports it, or both.
