Recent studies show that more progress can be achieved with 4-15 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) than in aerobics as running on the treadmill for an hour. These short, intense workouts always improve athletic ability and fat burning. There are many types of workouts HIIT.

In this application, you can choose:

• Tabata: Four exercises, working 20 seconds and resting 10. Two rounds. Four minutes total

• HIIT 30/10, Three exercises, training 30 seconds and 10 off. Two rounds, four minutes in total

• AMRAP 30 seconds each without breaks. Two rounds, three minutes in total

• HIIT routines Longer In case you prefer less intensity and more training time.

We provide 60 predefined routines based on 100 different exercises for

• Warming. Do not forget those three minutes to avoid injury. ,

• Interval Training. Tabata HIIT 30/10 or AMRAP

• Stretching. Almost 40 different exercises to relax and flexibility.

You can modify the Tabata, HIIT 30/10 or AMRAP predefined routines including any of the 100 exercises available.

Or, if you prefer, you can modify as well the workout time and/or the rest time
