In case you don't want to get pregnant we advise you to adopt a birth control method (condom, contraceptive pill, Diaphragm, Cervical cap, Lea's Shield,...)

Although this calendar is based on the Knaus-Ogino (Rhythm) method, it should NOT be used as a contraceptive method when the woman is breast feeding, because the period might not be regular.
