Create a single question survey to gather feedback from participants. You create the question and select the available answers. Users give anonymous feedback and they may update their status.

As an example, you can have participants in a training session provide feedback such as: I'm OK, I'm Confused, I Need a Break, etc. You can use the results in real-time to adjust.

You might also want to get feedback before a meeting on items such as: most important topics, venue, etc.

At the end of the activity, you can set a survey with multiple questions that the users may choose to answer. You create the questions and the answers. You can add questions to an activity at any time.

Your users do not need to use a particular device, this works on any internet connected device with a browser that supports JavaScript. You can request an email with a link to the web page to provide feedback. With that email, you can then forward to your participants. You can also request a Microsoft Tag or QR Code that you can provide for participants to scan.
