FastQA calculates the statistical probability. You can analyze data that can be represented in OK and NG, failure rate, etc. The algorithm uses Poisson distribution and Gaussian distribution (normal distribution) are well known.I can be used as an example of the calculation using rate of reliability.FastQA will choose the adaptive algorithm, sequentially analyzing the input data.If the calculation of the maximum failure rate is possible, maximum failure rate will be displayed. This process is displayed in the graph.
