When the player finds a pair he or she is given a clear example of a situation when that specific emotion might manifest - in order to facilitate understanding of it’s characteristics.Instructions are given in the app for how you as a caregiver or educator can help children navigate the tangled jungle of emotions.The ability to recognize, articulate and express emotions is important. If you know how to express to others what to think, feel and how you want / don’t want - to be treated, then you assert yourself in a positive way and confidence and self-esteem increase.
