Would like to display your Emergency Contact in lock screen with your preferred photo to allow the paramedics call your preferred contact in emergency case? Emergency Contact lets you compose a photo with contact details on top, then you can use the new photo as background. Composed photos are stored in Stored Photos folder. You can preview the result and then make the final setup. You should go to stored photo album and select the composed new photo as background, it's not automated process for this.
