Steps to configure the program and troubleshoot the errors:

1. Restart the device after applying the new setting or record an error each time.

2. Set back to default settings and then change them to enhance the quality of recording and then follow the first point.

3. Next, try to set the record source “Voice call”. Since in some devices recording source works only for one type of call i.e. incoming or outgoing so configure the record source separately for both types of calls.

4. Then check all entries, file type and quality as on some devices recording can only work within the format and quality of the recording.

5. Follow the previous step for each record source, and stop where you find the perfect setting for your device.

6. All the possible steps are done, hope your problem is resolved and recording is working properly.
