The Benefitfocus app is a convenient way to see proof of insurance and review core coverage details such as copays and deductibles when they need them and where they need them.
The Benefitfocus app shows you all of the benefits choices you have made through the Communication Portal. In addition to coverage information, you can also add or edit dependent information, see what benefits you have not selected, and make changes to your personal details. Insurance card identification numbers can be added and pictures of ID cards or other benefit documents can be uploaded and securely accessed. All your benefits. All in one place. All in your pocket.
To start using the app, simply download, accept the terms of use, enter the access code provided through your Communication Portal on your browser, then enter your username and password and you’re ready to go!
