Ant Farm is a strategy game in which the player builds an ant farm in order to survive among other ant colonies. Over time the ants can specialize their jobs as food gatherer, construction, scholar, or defense. Scholar ants will do research after a University is built allowing for new technological advancements for the colony. Food stores are needed to be built when the Capital cannot hold any more food. Dormitories can be built to allow the colony a population over ten ants. The layout of the colony, and the types of technologies researched will decide whether the colony is a success, or whether it will be taken over by surrounding colonies.
