AIOC 2012 – A curtain raiserAIOC 2012 app is intended as a guide for the conference.The conference will be held in a state-of-the-art convention center within the premises of Le Meridien Hotel. The whole property is of 25 acres and this will host the scientific program, trade exhibitions and refreshments. There will be no make shift auditorium or lecture halls. All the lecture halls will have good acoustic and audio visual facilities wherein the delegates can enjoy listening to the scientific deliberations and the speakers will find their presentations very well accepted. The trade exhibition will be held within the premises of the convention center in a separate area away from the scientific meeting. In preparing the venue for the conference the organizers have taken into consideration many of the suggestions put forward by the delegates who attended the previous conference. We would also like to inform the delegates that the food served during the conference will be made in a state-of-the-art kitchen at the Le Meridien Hotel, following stringent international food regulatory laws. We are also trying to make this conference eco friendly and create a green concept. And so use of plastic, flex boards, etc will be reduced to a minimum.
